DAM and CMS platforms.Skills:
Strong understanding of
taxonomy
and data organization.Proficiency in
Excel .Familiarity with
corporate branding
and ability to quickly apply brand guidelines.Experience working with
CMS platforms .Attention to detail
and strong organizational skills.
What You'll Be Doing:Responsibilities:Content Migration:
Download and organize files from the old DAM system and upload them into the new DAM platform.Taxonomy Management:
Ensure assets are accurately tagged based on pre-defined categories and metadata.Excel Expertise:
Use Excel to migrate and align data across various spreadsheets into the new DAM system templates.Brand Compliance:
Quickly learn and apply corporate branding guidelines to ensure content is brand compliant.CMS Management:
Populate brand guidelines and relevant content into the new DAM platform using the CMS.User Accessibility:
Ensure the DAM platform is user-friendly, and guidelines are easy to navigate.Graphic Design Support (Bonus):
Assist with basic graphic design tasks when needed.Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
