Vacuum Truck Service Representative

The Vacuum Truck Service Representative (VTSR) is responsible for providing service of approved waste streams at customer locations. This position operates a Class A Vacuum Truck and works with hoses, waste storage units, trenches, and sub-terrain holding chambers. The VTSR is dedicated solely to bulk customers serviced directly from company Wastewater Treatment Facilities.Specific Duties:Promote safe work behaviors consistent with company safety guidelinesProvide customer service in assigned geographic areaOptimize work orders to minimize mileage and travel timeInspect vehicle and equipment for safe operationVacuum approved waste streams from customer container units into truckComplete all required paperwork accurately and neatlyMaintain compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirementsAchieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer developmentAdhere to all corporate policies and standards including environmental, health, & safety (EHS), human resources, facility, equipment, operations and maintenancePerform other related duties as assigned
