Overview
We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst FP and A to join our team. This position will directly report to the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis and is responsible for preparing financial analyses/budget and acts as a liaison to management for the interpretation of financial data. Prepare monthly financial management reports and assists in monthly review; key contributor to management reporting package.
Prepares and reviews monthly financial results for senior management. Analyzes profit and loss statement, prepares general analyses, and completes special projects/reporting as required
Provides presentations to senior and line management covering topics such as financial performance, improvements needed and changes to the financial outlook
Proactively performs research and analyses on profit and loss statements to understand key trends and issues
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience preparing/analyzing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting/analysis.
Prior financial experience in Health Care preferred
Experience in SAP, Adaptive Insights and Microstrategy preferred
