Responsibilities:What Will I do?Plumbing ServiceDiagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing servicesStrong residential service experience and strong trouble shooting skillsWater Heater replacement and repairFixture Replacement (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilet)Drain CleaningCompetent use of conventional sewer machinesPlumbing ProjectsPrepping cast iron system with Picote mini and maxiJetting linesMaking sure all equipment is maintainedComplete a thorough process of lining and coatingCommunicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers.Be thorough in inspections, and accurate in quoting replacements or repairs.Drain TechnicianDiagnose problems and provide cost estimates to the customerProvide solutions to sewer and drain problemsEducate and assist customers on the importance of sewer inspection, repair and replacementUnclog and clean sewers and drains for the customer using proper equipment and toolsProtect all company drain equipment and jetting equipment against abuse, misuse and negligenceWork with field technicians, warehouse, dispatch and management to ensure overall successExhibit a professional and knowledgeable attitudePlumbing Maintenance TechnicianThoroughly and accurately complete the Plumbing Evaluation form on each call.Perform minor plumbing-related tasks when required.Look for and turn in possible job leads to the Sales Department.Complete time cards and inventory sheets daily.Complete service invoices and work orders properlyKeep your company truck clean, inside and out.Embrace and proactively seek out development opportunities through continued training (specifically weekly training meetings and special classes or seminars) and one-on-one coaching.Successfully perform routine maintenance on residential plumbingBuild client relationships by providing outstanding service through communication and customer service skillsEducate your clients on their maintenance requirementsComplete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standardsQualifications:Do I have What it Takes?Mechanical AptitudeKnowledge of Plumbing (Preferred but not Required)Good Attitude and Willingness to LearnLeak Location and Repair, a plusGood analytical skills and attention to detailProvide exceptional customer service while on the jobsiteResults driven in a high-energy environmentMust be able to follow directions and work independentlyAbility work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weatherWrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
