Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager, Pro AV business to join our sales team at AVer Information. Reporting to Vice President, this role will be an integral part of AVer's Sales Team. As a Regional Sales Manager, Pro AV business, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our range of high-quality collaboration solutions to businesses and organizations. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and effectively positioning AVer's solutions as the ideal choice. You will also be building relationships with our channel partners to extend the AVer brand within the technology channel, deliver revenue and profit goals, and provide exceptional customer service to our Channel Partners and customers.
Position Requirements
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for achieving sales revenue and profit targets in assigned regionRespond to all sales correspondence, telephone calls and email inquiries including: pricing, requests for quotes, and Reseller show or event supportCalling and selling AVer solutions and products to end user customersManage existing Authorized Resellers in assigned region and recruit and train new Resellers Partners as needed in assigned regionManage Reseller Channel online website merchandising presence for AVer productsAssist with tracking and qualifying leads via phone, emails and trade showsAttend trade shows and give onsite presentations/demonstrationsDevelop new business customers in assigned regionManaging and maintaining existing accounts and growing new customer baseKeep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitorsPrepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about market developments.Plan and conduct product trainings to Reseller Partners and make joint sales calls with Reseller PartnersConduct product presentations and product demonstrations to end user customers??????Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalentMinimum of 5 years of Sales Management experienceGoal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plansExperience in business development, negotiation, and closing businessExcellent Customer Satisfaction SkillsProficient in using CRM software and other sales toolsComputer proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGreat organizational skills, ability to multi-task, to work independently, and as part of a teamMust be self-motivated, quick learner, enthusiastic, professional and have a positive attitudeKnowledge of selling to Higher Education, Enterprise, Government, and Reseller Channels is a plusAbility to travel 60% of the timeJob Type: Full timeLocation: Remote. Illinois, Texas, Michigan (Preferred)
