WHO WE NEED:
We're looking for a Senior Software Development Manager (Mobile) who is eager to jump in and lead a couple of development teams using mobile and web technologies and coach a group of 10-15 people (developers and testers).If you're a fit, the following things should sound like you:
Proven experience managing software development teams (typically at least 2-3 years)Demonstrated capability in overseeing multiple products and platforms
Experience managing either iOS or Android teams is a plus
Successful track record in leading cross-functional and interdepartmental projects with significant impactHistory of implementing sustainable and impactful changes within development teams and among direct reports, utilizing best practices and new technologiesStrong background in hiring, retaining, and developing high-performing developers and leadersAbility to manage multiple teams and/or concurrent projects with frequently changing prioritiesHands-on experience with iOS or Android programming, including knowledge of Swift or Kotlin, is highly desirableROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively lead and coordinate teams at the product and department levelMeet/exceed department-level quality and change management standards while seeking improvementsEvaluate team construction and move resources to build the right team to solve the problems they faceMaintain strong working relationships with executive and management peers across the organizationBe capable of solving cross-team problems without Director / Executive supportBe a critical contributor to department senior leadership meetingsBenefits and Perks:
