Job Description
Develop, execute, and grow the production team strategy for the Denver office.
Oversee the leadership, management and growth of the production team including production managers, superintendents, and trades.
Responsible ensuring that deadlines and commitments of remodel projects are met.
Lead, manage and hold PMs accountable in weekly meetings & daily huddles.
Coaching, leading, and support the team to ensure projects start and close on time.
Overseeing and ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
Overseeing our client survey process.
Communication, conducting site visits during key milestones, and overseeing warranties
Work cooperatively with our Lead Senior Designer and design team in construction planning.
Collaborate with Business Manager for job starts, forecasting revenue, PM walk note accuracy
Strategize our trade partner approach, discover and interview new trade partners, and assist in their onboarding.
Ensure that jobs are running on budget.
Responsible for ensuring the collection of accounts receivables.
Lead team through our core values and set the tone for the production team.
Will serve on the local leadership team including weekly meetings and quarterly strategic off-sites.
Requirements
3 years' experience in growing and leading a team of construction project managers
5 or more years of residential construction experience.
Construction Management training and degree preferred.
Purchasing and estimating experience is preferred
Knowledge with project management software (such as Excel, buildertrend, and Procore.)
Experience with customer service and conflict management
Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
Must have driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
Occasionally lifts up to 50lbs in the office or on a job site.

Salary Details
Salary Range - 80,000 - 110,000Benefits Package -Medical (up-to full coverage), Vision, Dental, Life, Retirement, STD, FSA, DCRA, Hospital, Accident, Company Bonus, Additional Education Assistance, PTO.
