The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with human resources regulations as well as a strong emphasis on recruiting caregivers.QualificationsHR Management and HR Operations skillsExperience in Employee Relations and HR PoliciesKnowledge of Human Resources (HR) practicesStrong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
