Who we're looking for:

Forge Health is seeking an

Office Manager

to join our facility in White Plains, NY. The ideal candidate is an organized, personable, and professional individual who has a positive energy and loves to be around like-minded people looking to better themselves and those around them. In this role the Office Manager will manage and coordinate the facility's operations and initiate and facilitate the admissions process. From initial phone calls through insurance verification and new client paperwork, until admission to the program. The Office Manager also assists with billing and collections operations.

Compensation range: $55-65k, this salary range reflects total compensation, which includes base compensation, however it is not inclusive of benefits and other company perks. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

What you'll be doing:Answering incoming inquiries regarding Forge Health programs and services in a courteous, professional, and knowledgeable manner.Obtaining all relevant information from potential Forge Health admissions on initial phone call in order to facilitate admission, including insurance information if available.Performing thorough and accurate insurance verifications, if necessary, in a timely and efficient manner.Providing an explanation of potential financial obligations to the potential client.Providing all necessary information to clients and/or family members pending admission to Forge Health in order to admit the client as soon as possible.Performing regular follow up telephone calls with all potential admissions until admission.Confirms client appointments regularly.Welcomes clients upon admission and entry in a professional and courteous manner.Filling out new admission paperwork with client, observing client's signatures and witnessing where appropriate.Collecting any necessary payments due from the client.Supports in obtaining verification of benefits and authorizations.Maintaining/Managing schedules and facility calendar.Updating the census and maintaining logs as necessary.Assembling charts, dismantling charts, and filing necessary paperwork.Ensure strict confidentiality of personal client information and data.Assist clinical staff in providing excellent customer service to all clients.Any other duties as required by supervisor.How we define success:
