The Sales Manager is responsible for leading our Account Executive team focused on converting first-time inbound customers and managing an existing book of business. You will be responsible for managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting and exceeding planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training and development of your salespeople.

Build and Manage a High-Performing Team:
Recruit, hire, and develop a team focused on converting inbound leads into customers and managing an existing book of business. Ensure the team consistently exceeds sales goalsSales Pipeline Management:
Oversee the management of the sales pipeline to track and evaluate activities at each stageCoordinate Sales & Operations:
Work closely with sales and operations teams to assist reps in winning deals. Ensure seamless coordination to optimize sales processes and outcomesMonitor and Motivate:
Monitor employee productivity and motivate the team to reach daily and monthly goals. Implement best practices in sales pipeline management to maintain high team morale and performanceCRM Management:
Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM-Salesforce. Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze sales activities and pipeline healthSupervise and Develop Team:
Supervise the team in accordance with company policies and procedures. Conduct employee interviews, orientations, and hiring of staff. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to enhance the team's skills and product knowledgeReporting:
Report to senior management on sales metrics and opportunities. Use data-driven insights to forecast revenue and identify areas for improvementCustomer Understanding:
Develop a deep understanding of our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Use this knowledge to tailor sales strategies and improve customer engagementQualifications:
Bachelor's degree required5+ years of experience in sales and 3+ years of experience managing and directing a sales teamExperience in planning and implementing sales strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDedication to providing great customer serviceAbility to train, develop, grow and lead a sales team to successEager and driven to exceed goalsMust be able to work onsite 3 days a week in our office
