Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is searching for a full time Help Desk Technician at NSWC PHD operations in Port Hueneme, CA
Job Responsibilities:
Analyzes problems and provides technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems.Studies and resolves computer software and hardware problems of users.Acts as a contact for users having problems using computer software, hardware, and operating systems.Determines whether problem is caused by hardware, software, or system.Answers questions, applying knowledge of computer software, hardware, systems, and procedures.Required Skills/Experience:
1-3 years of related experienceCurrent U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
