Assists with planning, scheduling, and coordination of production activities to fulfill ordersExecutes production process transactions using ERP systemEnsures compliance of production environment with cGMP, ISO and all other applicable medical device standards and regulationsInitiates and executes disposition of NCMR's; assists with investigation of production-related CAPA's Works with engineering to feedback design problems and resolve them for future builds.Evaluates alternate sources for BOM components and makes recommendations to design engineering.Support process control improvements to support cost reduction and on time delivery directives.Education Requirements:BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experienceStrong knowledge of US and global regulatory requirements for medical devicesSolid project management skillsExperience Requirements:2+ years' experience in manufacture and service of medical devices and disposablesProficient in using test equipment such as power meter, oscilloscopes, lab power supplies, etc.Proficient in light manufacturing and assembly equipment such as PCB soldering stations, wire cutters/strippers, etc.Working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office#IND123#ZR
