Description
As a Sr. Electrical Engineer, you will research, design, develop, test and oversee the the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial or military use.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop hardware systems and solutions in a corporate environmentPWB design and specification, floor planning, test and verification, and troubleshootingDesign and develop electrical systems for military applications, including power and communication systemsDesign tasks include system level requirements analysis, sub-system level requirements development, conceptual design, preliminary design, and detailed design through design verification and transition to productionDetailed analysis of circuit modeling, simulation, signal integrity, electrical stress and worst-case circuit analysis
Requirements
Knowledge of electrical engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a creative, innovative mindsetHigh level understanding of product development lifecycle and experience in the development of hardware systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentHighly organized and able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneouslyElectrical circuit design experienceCircuit modeling and simulation experienceSchematic capture experienceCircuit and sub-system test and troubleshooting experienceProficiency with schematic capture, and simulation tools (e.g., Spice, MATLAB, Python)
Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 8-10 years of relevant experience; or a master's degree in electrical engineering with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in PCB design, including experience with PCB layout tools (e.g., Cadence Orcad, Altium 360)

Exempt Salary Details: The annualized base salary for this position is between $100k to $150k. Values are estimates.
