What we're looking for:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive customer (channel partners/ dealers) loyalty and designing and implementing programs aligned with Mohawk Edge Program while delivering consistently high value to our customers. The Marketing Specialist will work with and report to the Regional Marketing Managers. They will be responsible for launching new programs, developing appropriate marketing collateral, creating and implementing field marketing plans, helping build opportunities for the sales pipeline, and measuring the effectiveness of programs through appropriate ROI metrics/assessment measures.
What you'll do:
Assist in managing day-to-day Dealer programs (Associate Dealer Program and Co-op Program).Dealer Portal and Coop Portal responsibilities, including coordination of web-based offerings with key vendors.Drive growth and development with loyalty program dealers.Management of Mohawk Edge Rewards program.Manage dealer enrollment, quarterly sales data, dealer portal incentive points, etc.Regular follow-up with customers on dealer participation levels, including working directly with sales to encourage dealer participation as neededInvolvement in future enhancements to loyalty programs, including within Mohawktoday.comAssist in defining, implementation, and management of all marketing communication to loyalty dealers, with specific touch points (individuals) identified at each dealer.Assist in development of dealer metrics for dedicated sales staff, including training and other dealer requirements.Marketing team support such as event planning and execution and various other support responsibilities.Facilitate day-to-day marketing support for channel partners and internal Sales teams.Execute channel campaigns as part of the strategic annual plan to meet business objectives.Provide support for trade shows and sales/marketing meetings.Work on projects, assignments, and programs as part of a large work team.Perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.Draw from prior experience, interpret facts, and identify incomplete data/anomalies to solve problems.Uses innovative solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the work of the team.Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or technical knowledge to address business challenges.Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals.Influence others within the job area through explanation of facts and policies to resolve routine issues.Perform other duties as necessary.What you have:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.2-4 years of job-related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Spark, and Premiere.What you're good at:
Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
