Driving the execution of major capital projects per agreed cost, schedule, and performanceActively participating as a member of a multifunctional project team executing a variety of capital projects from concept to asset installation and start-upInvestigating process and equipment problems and making recommendations about corrective action to be takenCollaborate with vendors to design, procure, and install controls and power to control new production lines within existing and new facilitiesGuiding rapid process improvements through participation in lean eventsRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related, OR equivalent years of electrical engineering experienceAbility to lead projects and teamsHands-on familiarity with Industrial automation tools, including Allen-Bradley PLC, HMI, Variable Frequency Drives, Servo Systems, and Instrumentation and ControlsKnowledge of Industrial networking and managing an industrial Ethernet networkDemonstrated presentation and technical electrical engineering skillsInstallation and construction skillsWhat Makes You Stand Out
