Job Summary:The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for ensuring the daily safety, quality, output, and productivity goals for specified departments are consistently met. The role focuses on supporting the Threshold chips process through collaboration with vendors, defect identification, and yield improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Support the Threshold chips process by collaborating with vendors to improve yield and identify defects.Initiate and perform Design of Experiments (DOE) for Threshold chips.Conduct chip measurements according to DOE.Study chips across different batches of wafers and processes to identify optimal performance.Investigate and determine the best methods for measurement, including appropriate tools and processes.Provide support to production teams for Threshold Cartridge processes.Collaborate with various departments to enhance production efficiency and quality.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Experience working in a semiconductor fabrication environment.Hands-on experience in a laboratory setting.Knowledge and experience with DOE (Design of Experiments).Strong verbal communication and writing skills.Creative thinker with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated and passionate about improving product quality and process efficiency.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with Threshold chips or similar semiconductor processes.Familiarity with wafer manufacturing processes and measurement tools.Strong analytical skills to study and interpret semiconductor chip data.Experience collaborating with external vendors to drive process improvements.Knowledge of semiconductor production tools and methodologies.
