Building Engineer - HVAC

Brady Sullivan Properties is seeking an experienced leader in the HVAC industry. Qualified candidate must have a proven track record for providing operational excellence for our commercial properties in the Manchester, NH area. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee successful execution of our HVAC and mechanical operations. If you possess a deep understanding of the HVAC industry, and have a passion for leadership, we want to hear from you. Candidate is responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet the company's established standards and any applicable laws.Qualified Candidate Requirements:10+ years' experience in the Commercial HVAC fieldAt least five years of this experience should involve a commercial management leadership roleAssociate degree in HVAC Technology or related field or equivalent HVAC related trade Journeyman programTroubleshooting and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, split systems, and more.Rotating equipment such as compressors, turbines, blowers, pumps, gearboxes and associated drive systemsFixed equipment such as heat exchangers, coolers and cold boxesBuilding systems such as chillers, cooling towers and water treatment systemsEPA certification requiredNH Gas Fitters LicenseKnowledge of safety practicesExcellent interpersonal skillsOversee cost estimation of corrective-maintenance, preventive-maintenance and/or projectsThe ability to work independently as well as work well with others as part of a teamAbilities to install, maintain, and repair Commercial HVAC equipmentIdentifying maintenance risks on equipmentDiagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systemsCleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty servicesPerforming emergency repairs promptly and efficientlyEnsuring compliance with appliance standards with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.Valid driver's license and clean driving record Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, STD/LTD, life insurance, paid vacation time, Company Van, 401(k) with an employer match.
