IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an
Airworthiness Analyst
in the Huntsville, AL area supporting a customer on Redstone Arsenal. Candidates should be highly motivated, a self-starter, and be able to handle multiple tasks. Candidates must already possess an active Secret level security clearance.
Job Duties:Serve as an Airworthiness Analyst/Data Manager for the Project Office with primary responsibilities to ensure commonality between product interfacesManage programmatic aspects of various projects within the Product Office to ensure commonality in TopVue, Windchill, and SharePointDevelop workflows and requirements that create uniformity across contract documentsInput data as required to ensure completion of business and technical application modulesParticipate in Statement of Work (SOW) development efforts to provide input into requirements to vendors that ensure modification efforts meet deadline goalsProvide input into development and documentation of technical and contract requirementsSupport assessment of program/project technical risks related to commonality and develop risk mitigation strategiesFormulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, timeliness, and work flow completionCreate response letters and memos in accordance with contract complianceAssist with data management application administrative duties in relation to user accounts and review workflowsProvide delinquency and milestone reports to project leadsReview data deliverables upon submission for data distribution and intellectual property legends in accordance with contract documentationWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.Education and General Experience:
A Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of data management experience is required.
Candidate should also have the following:
Knowledge of USG correspondence regulations, policies, processes, and guidanceFamiliar with airworthiness processes and Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD)Experience with Airworthiness Qualification Specification (AQS) development but not requiredAbility to manage complex projects, track tasks and work effectively with othersExceptional organizational skills, be detailed oriented and be able to manage a large volume of dataAbility to identify, develop, and maintain stakeholder requirementsExperience with Microsoft Office toolsStrong oral and written communication skills
