Staffmark is hiring an Assembler for a leading manufacturing facility in Spring Hill, TN. This is your chance to join a team that plays a key role in producing front and rear bumpers and hatchbacks for the automotive industry. Pay: $16 per hour to start and will increase to $20 per hour once transitioned to full-time status
Shift: Monday to Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Responsibilities:
Aid in the assembly and production of front and rear bumpers, and hatchbacksAssemble parts, operate basic machinery, and inspect finished products for qualityFollow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environmentPerform quality checks on materials and finished productsMaintain cleanliness and organization of your work areaSupport other team members and assist in training new hires as needed
Experience & Requirements:
Minimal manufacturing or assembly experience is required, training will be providedAbility to lift between 20-50 lbs. (with team assistance)Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
