Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial transactions, timely processing of invoices, and effective management of receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
Process incoming invoices and verify accuracy against purchase orders and receipts.Assist in preparing payment runs and ensure timely payments to vendors.Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions.Support Accounts Payable Manager
Accounts Receivable:
Maintain organized records of accounts receivable transactions.Respond to customer inquiries.Maintain organized filing systems for accounts receivable transactions.Support Account Receivable Manager
General Administrative Support:
Back up to receptionist: answering incoming calls and processing credit card/cash transactions.Supporting Office Manager and the sales office with various tasks.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
