Ciocca Automotive is seeking an ambitious, professional, and highly motivated Automotive General Manager to join our growing team! Our group is experiencing a consistent growth period that is prompting us to open our doors outside and to the industry's best.

Assume full responsibility of profitability in ALL departmentsAssist in developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecastsHire, train, mentor, support and monitor the performance staffAssist sales managers in working and closing dealsQualifications include but are not limited to:
At least 2 years Automotive General Management experience requiredExperience in maintaining the profitability of the dealership while controlling expenses and sustaining customer satisfactionStrong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendorsMUST be willing to adapt to Ciocca culture, processes, and procedures
