Full-time ~ 30 hours per weekABOUT THE JOBInfinity Rehab is seeking a passionate, driven occupational therapist to provide home health therapy for the aging adult population (travel required). This position primarily evaluates and treats adults in homes including our assisted living communities working with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities with a focus on balance and fall prevention, therapeutic exercises for functional strengthening, patient and family education, mobility, core strengthening, and pain management. Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Occupational Therapist
Current state licensure
