Position Overview:
Role: Associate Behavioral Health Clinician (APCC, AMFT, or ASW)
Setting: Juvenile Hall, Santa Rosa, CA
Hours: Monday - Friday 8a-5p (1 hour Lunch)
Duration: Ongoing position with growth potential
Start Date: Immediate

As our Associate Behavioral Health Clinician, you'll:
Assist in conducting clinical assessments for youth in Juvenile Hall
Provide short-term support and therapy interventions under supervision
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a secure facility setting
Help develop and implement treatment plans for at-risk adolescents
Gain invaluable experience in the juvenile justice mental health field

Qualifications We're Seeking:
Current California registration as an APCC, AMFT, or ASW
Required: Significant experience working in a mental health setting
Preferred: Experience in corrections or juvenile justice environments
Strong assessment and intervention skills with adolescents
Ability to work effectively in a secure, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to undergo additional background check required by Juvenile Hall

Assist in crisis interventions, gaining hands-on experience in high-stress situations
Collaborate with the team to refine treatment approaches for complex cases
End each day with new insights and a sense of meaningful contribution
