The Villages Health, a large multi-specialty group located in central Florida, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Non-Invasive Cardiologist. As a crucial member of our healthcare team, you will provide expert cardiovascular care to individuals, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and management of cardiac conditions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients within our internal referral network of over 80 Primary Care Providers.In-house diagnostics including echocardiograms, nuclear, and vascular services.Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health, disease prevention, and management strategies.Monitor and adjust treatment plans in response to patient progress, changes in health status, and evolving clinical findings.Hospital Rounding optional.Job Requirements:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.Board eligible or certified.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Commitment to providing high-quality and compassionate care.Additional notes:
