Trueline's client, a reputable personal injury law firm with brand new offices in Queens, NY is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys in a supportive growth-oriented environment.

What You'll Do as the Associate Attorney:

Manage and oversee a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to trialLeverage expert witnesses such as life care planners, economists, and accident reconstructionists to maximize case outcomesDevelop strong negotiation skills to obtain favorable results for clientsAttend trial schools and learn from top attorneys in the fieldPrepare for trials by participating in mock juriesGain hands-on experience in all aspects of trial, including depositions, jury selection, opening statements, cross-examinations, and summationsYou'll Succeed as the Associate Attorney if you Have:

4+ years of plaintiff personal injury experienceDemonstrated tenure in previous roles (2+ years at previous firms)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliarity with handling personal injury cases from start to finishTrial experience a bonus, but not requiredOur Client Offers:

Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $225,000, commensurate with experienceProfit-sharing on settlements in your caseload1/3 attorney fee on any cases you bring inFree on-site parkingCollaborative and supportive team environmentAccess to mock juries, trial schools, and tailored one-on-one guidance for professional growth
