Other requirements include record maintenance, filing, data consolidation, and communication with various departments. Position has other various responsiblities as assigned.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist supervisor by coordinating office services such as personnel, budget preparation, and control, records control, and other special duties as assignedKeeps official human resourcerecords and executes administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with other officialsPlans conferences and company functionsPrepareand filecorporate documents with government agencies to conform with statutesCoordinates collection and preparation of operating reports such as time and attendance records, terminations, new hires, transfers, budget expenditures, and statistical records of performance dataReviews and answers correspondenceConducts orientation of new employeesDirects office services such as maintenance and repair of office machines, ordering of supplies, opens, distributes and stamps incoming and outgoing mailMaintains personnel files for the locationCompiles, stores, and retrieves management dataProcesses time records, compiles payroll statistics, and maintains payroll control recordsPrepares invoices and purchase orders for accounts payablePerforms other related duties as assigned
Qualifications2-4 years related experience
2-4 years related experienceAssociates Degree preferred3 years of Administrative Support experienceStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
