1+ year of experience as a DON in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) ,

OR

3+ years of experience as an ADON in a SNF .Leads by example, inspiring and motivating their team.Thrives in a collaborative environment and is a true

team player .Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to share successes with annual/state surveys.
