As part of Eataly's Finance Department, the Senior Treasury Analyst supports the development and maintenance process and procedures pertaining to Treasury Operations. A Senior Treasury Analyst focuses on cash management services, payment and liquidity services. Reports to the Treasury & Cash Operations Manager.

Assists with monitoring and managing company's daily cash positionMaintains the cash management functions, including cash pooling structuresCoordinates the month-end bank reconciliation activitiesPerforms daily audits on the stores cash operations, to identify and analyze any discrepancies in sales collectionAssists with day-to-day Treasury related tasks and investigation and resolution of queries coming from both the stores and corporate departmentsAssists with development and implementation of Treasury SOPs, policies, operational controls and standardsAssists the department in fulfilling all regulatory requirements and related reportingEnsures compliance with internal controls, policies and proceduresReconciles fixed asset register to actual cashoutsSupport the execution of all treasury activities for the setup of new stores and locationsPerforms regular review of all bank accounts to ensure accuracyPerforms other duties as assignedRole is hybrid onsite at Eataly Corporate HeadquartersSome travel as requiredQualifications

4+ years of experience in a treasury roleDirect experience with American and Canadian banking systems preferredAssociates or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field preferredHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics GP is considered a plusAbility to work efficiently and with precision, especially with numbersAbility to effectively communicate in order to ensure accurate cost and expense reportingStrong organizational, multitasking and time management skillsThe annual compensation for this role ranges from $70,000- $85,000
