This Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond hotel has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes an elevated Mediterranean restaurant, a rooftop restaurant, lobby lounge, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?

As a Turndown Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuumingChange and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as neededPerform deep cleaning tasks, as neededStock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basisDispose of trash and recyclablesRespond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerPerform guest turn down service, as neededWhat are we looking for?

Pay Range:

The hourly rate for this position is $24.46 per hour. After successful completion of 9 months of employment, the pay rate will increase to 90% of the full union rate, per the collective bargaining agreement.
