The Occupational Therapist I shall plan and administer occupational therapy evaluation and treatment programs in alignment with the Wisconsin State Practice Act.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.

Satisfactory completion of clinical work as required by the university attended.

Previous work experience which indicates successful ability to assume responsibilities within a team context.

Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.

CPR Certification.

Valid Wisconsin Occupational Therapy License.

NBCOT certification

Exceptional oral and written communication

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work in an efficient manner.

Successfully demonstrate proficiency with the skills defined by the needs of the patients on the caseload.

Ability to maintain composure under stressful working conditions.

Proficient computer use and application (intranet, word, excel, keyboarding, share point, email, etc.).

Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.

Preferred Qualifications:

One or more years of experience in comparable role.

Experience with computerized documentation systems.
