About Our Assembly Technician

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated with a strong desire to learn about our products. We are looking for someone who enjoys supporting others and is interested in cross-training with various roles within the Assembly area. If you take pride in meeting deadlines and assembling quality products, this is the position for you!

It's a physical job - you may be on your feet for 90% to 95% of your workday. You will be expected to safely lift and carry items up to 50 pounds. Bending, stretching, and climbing ladders will be daily activities.

Responsibilities

Learn and understand technical specifications, drawings, and be able to follow work instructions; assemble parts into products or systems according to specificationsKnowledge of or ability to learn tubing, electrical wiring, and circuitsUtilize a pin stamp, acid etch, and laser machine to mark parts according to specificationsProvide support in other areas including painting and sandblasting; test products to work order specificationsThese are some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during your workday, but you may be called upon to fulfill other duties as needed.

Qualifications

Comfortable in a warehouse setting and working outdoors in areas without climate control; ability to meet the physical requirements of the positionOne to two years of assembly, mechanical, and/or supply chain experience preferredHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalentForklift experience a plus; training and certification provided as needed
