The

Nurse Manager

for

Ebenezer Ridges Care Center

is an RN whom will be responsible for continuity of nursing care in the Ebenezer managed, Skilled Nursing Facility TCU unit, by delegating, advising and supervising nursing care delivered for our adult short stay patients. Located in Burnsville, MN.

Nursing leadership schedule includes:

80 hours every two weeks

Full time, day shift

Weekend Rotations

Leads, supervises and directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care

Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice and Ebenezer Quality Assurance Standards

Assures Care Plan, medical records and other documentation are up to date

Reports problem areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions

Serves as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assigned

Required:

Minimum Associates RN Degree

One to three years’ experience

Current MN RN license

CPR certified (3 week grace period for BLS)

Preffered:

Three to five years preferred

BSN preferred

Previous LTC management experience preferred
