Nurse Manager
on our TU4 - Adolescent Unit .
This is a five day a week, 40 hours per week position Monday through Friday. Under the supervision of the CNO the Nurse Manager will be responsible for the management of patient care to ensure optimum quality patient care is provided by nursing staff on a 24 hour basis.Monitors the delivery of patient care.Collaborates with Medical Staff and Department Managers to ensure needs of the total service are met.Foster and promote open communications. Job Requirements:Licensed in the state of New Jersey as a Registered Nurse.Minimum of three years of hospital-based nursing.Minimum of two years experience in psychiatric nursing required.BSN or BS in related health field.
