Description:
Diagnosis and treatment of specialty specific patients for age groups adolescents, adults and geriatrics
Assessment and management of pain
Outpatient/inpatient clinical responsibilities applicable to specialty specific patients for age groups adolescents , adults and geriatrics
Understands importance of excellent customer service and teamwork
Maintains complete, accurate and legible documentation
Assumes responsibility for professional development and ongoing education to maintain a high degree of proficiency
Demonstrates consistent level of performance and productivity
Experience/Education:
Graduate of appropriate baccalaureate and accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program
Certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant licensed in the State of Georgia and current national certification
At least one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant preferably in area of practice specialty
