Kinsley Construction is seeking a skilled Tack Truck Driver to join our growing team. As a Tack Truck Driver, you'll be responsible for the maintenance and operation of heavy machinery while playing a crucial role in preparing surfaces for paving operations.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Operate tack truck with care and precision.Assist with loading to ensure proper weight distribution and safety.Perform daily maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.Collaborate with the paving crew when the distributor isn't in use.Load tack truck oil from the tank.Fill asphalt and burner tanks, clean and adjust spray bars, and remove excess asphalt.Spray tack in between the lifts of the asphalt.Clean the truck regularly and maintain good housekeeping standards.Perform other related functions and duties as required.REQUIRMENTS
Valid CDL license with tanker endorsement.Good driving record.Knowledge of load weight requirements.Must wear required PPE while on duty.Maintain safety as a top priority under company safety rules.
