Here's how a(n) District HRPD Coordinator for our Arizona office contributes to our team:
Responsibilities
Responsible for onboarding of employees.
Provides administrative support for the district HR team.
Assisting with communication to and placement of craft employees.
Provide ongoing customer service and HR support to PCL employees.
Responsible for responding to employee requests both internally and externally.
Assists with the district’s student program.
Administers HRPD programs and policies with assistance of the HR management.
Assists with development and execution of district-level projects/initiatives as assigned.
Assists with general administrative HR support.
Provides administrative support for terminations.
Responsible for HR data entry functions as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline preferred.
Working towards an HR designation preferred.
3 years of progressive human resources or related experience preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of HRPD-related principles, practices, procedures, and employment legislation.
Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential information.
Ability to research, analyze information and data, and make recommendations.
Basic business acumen and understanding of industry practices and new developments.
Able to work independently or in a team environment in a highly matrixed organization.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines.
Good networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain HR networks.
Results-oriented and able to meet and drive deadlines.
