Effectively and efficiently manage the financial resources of the U.S. operations. Analyze financial statements including the profit and loss statement, working capital, trend analysis, and calculation of financial ratios. Produce reliable and timely information to the management team including sales reports, monthly management report schedules, statutory accounts, etc.Process month-end close and prepare all monthly closing reports.Manage the annual budgeting and planning process. Organize and ensure control over the implementation of financial plans and adjust as necessary.Provide accurate and timely reporting of financial performance results in full compliance with U.S. accounting standards and company reporting standards, and reliability of financial information.Manage the investor reporting processes.Oversee the accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash functions.Lead the annual audit process with outside audit firm.Oversee business insurance policies and renewals; state registrations, and annual returns.Lead all U.S. operations including contract management, management of online sales activity.Create, manage, and update ad hoc reports as requested by management.Experience and SkillsAbout YOU!
BA or BS in Accounting/Finance; CPA a plus.5+ years of accounting/finance experience at the Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, and/or Controller level with a strong attention to detail.Experience with a fast-paced global company; preferably in the retail industry.ERP/NetSuite experience preferred.Microsoft Office experience including Excel.Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to collaborate effectively with teammates.
