About the role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products, manage style setups in the PLM system, and maintain seasonal product line presentations. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sample coordination, merchandise coordination, or product line management, with a passion for the lifestyle/footwear market. This is a full-time, exempt position. Employees are required to work a hybrid schedule. (3) Days in office at our HQ in Carlsbad, and (2) Days Remote.
Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure product deadlines are metManage all style set ups and updates in the PLM systemBuild and maintain seasonal VLPs by channelHelp to create and validate all style namesManage all channel samples through each development stage and maintain most up to date product in the channel roomSupport in managing the channel product room and set up for key milestonesCreate product decks ahead of account meetings, prelines, FFANY and other key checkpointsMaintain and update product decks post account meetingsHelp to support product costing by calculating targets and tracking costing changes at development milestones to ensure all products are achieving targetsTrack weekly sales, booking, sell-thru data for Family Channel and prepare summaries for the PLM TeamMaintain monthly targets, strategic objectives and data for ECOMM Channel and prepare monthly assortment overviewsBuild and maintain timely and accurate line tools including seasonal product matrix, consumer trend insights, sales and booking dataAttend and provide support during meetings including product summits, CAD reviews, sample reviewsCollaborate with merchandising team to proof product attributes for seasonal workbookCollaborate with sales team to support sample needs and provide relevant product informationKnow market competitors including their respective positioning, price points, products, and market shareRequired Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Merchandising/ Buying or related field is preferredRequired Years' Experience:
1-3 years in sample and merchandise coordination or Product Line Management preferredRetail buying, sales and/or merchandising experience a plusRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of lifestyle/ footwear market preferredStrong verbal and written communication, problem solving, and analytical skills requiredExcellent interpersonal and presentation skills that inspire, influence, and build trust resulting in effective working relationships with internal and external partnersWorking knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe IllustratorExperience with and ability to work within Product Management software a plus, Enovia preferredAbility to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, our partners, our products, or other departmentsCreativity and passion for productMust be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, and proactiveMust be adept at handling multiple priorities and time sensitivitiesMust be able to carry, lift and/or move up to 50 poundsWhile performing the duties of this position, the associate is subject to an office environment and must adhere to the rules and safety regulations of the facility

Pay Transparency:

Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's qualifications and experience.
