This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to perform data analysis to identify root causes and improve manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:* Provide technical documentation support for manufacturing processes.* Evaluate and analyze concessions and non-conforming parts to determine corrective actions.* Perform data analysis to identify root causes of issues and implement process improvements.* Support shop floor operations and manufacturing activities.* Read and interpret manufacturing prints, ensuring compliance with design standards.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product engineering and manufacturing efficiency.Required Qualifications:* Manufacturing experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and non-conforming parts.* Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of design for manufacturing concepts.* Hands-on experience in a shop/manufacturing environment.* Ability to read and interpret manufacturing prints.* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.* Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.Desired Qualifications:* B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.* 1 or more years of relevant work experience as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer.* Experience with SAP.* Experience creating and updating technical documents and reports.* Understanding of product engineering concepts and manufacturing processes.If you're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for improving manufacturing processes, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
