Description
Do you have a passion for building rock-solid automated tests? If so, we would like for you to join the Apple Pay Quality Engineering team responsible for ensuring the highest quality of Apple Pay products known to surprise and delight millions of customers. This position requires the candidate to have excellent interpersonal skills, strong technical and debugging skills, along with a drive to make a difference. To be successful in this role you should be a seasoned developer with strong programming fundamentals and have the work ethic to design, document, and automate iOS tests at scale. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Plan, design, write, and execute automated test cases using Swift - Maintain automated tests for comprehensive testing - Help debug and triage issues; articulate failures, identify issue trends - Possess strong bug reporting skills and drive issues to quick resolution - Collaborate with Dev and QA cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in the skillsets below:
Experience with Swift, Objective C, or similar languages
Automation planning, execution, and triage for projects on any of the platforms: iOS, macOS, watchOS, visionOS is desirable
Self learner, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deliver work on tight deadline.
Creative thinker with the ability to multi task in fast paced environment.
BS or MS in computer science or equivalent job-related experience.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
