This is a hybrid field travel and remote position. It will require the candidate to reside in and travel throughout the Spokane region (Spokane, Pend Oreille, Stevens, Ferry, Lincoln, and Adams Counties).

Responsible for selling and promoting enrollment growth opportunities for all CHPW products and services, primarily by developing strong relationships with Community Health Centers (CHCs) and a broad range of Community Based Organizations (CBOs) to ensure their commitment to CHPW enrollment growth.Direct responsibility for achieving yearly enrollment growth targets and business results through all existing and new business channels.

To be successful in this role, you:

Effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals through various mediums, fostering positive relationships and collaboration.Have minimum two (2) years working in Sales or Business Development preferred.Have minimum two (2) years working in the healthcare industry, managed care or insurance strongly preferred.Possess valid Washington state disability license (non-provisional and must maintain license for the duration of employment.)Are willing to work evenings and weekends and travel within Washington, including the potential for overnight trips.Possess a valid WA driver's license and have access to a reliable automobile.Essential functions and Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive enrollment growth through CHCs and CBOs, implementing business plans for regional market growth and retention.Coordinate sales through partner organizations, participate in joint partner planning and quarterly relationship reviews, and fulfill monthly CRM sales and contact reporting requirements for assigned business channels.Proactively manage key community partner relationships, establishing strong business contacts and conducting regular face-to-face meetings.Maintain expertise in our products and market, educating Navigators, CHC front-line staff, and other partners through quarterly training and distribution of marketing materials.Act as a visible community member, representing CHPW at public events, engaging with partners and members, and driving enrollment activities.Collaborate with CHCs and CBOs for joint event planning, outreach, lead generation, and tracking.Participate in marketing-specific events, converting prospects to members through application facilitation and eligibility.Ensure successful tabling by securing and transporting necessary materials to indoor/outdoor locations, including CHCs, foodbanks, and various community settings.Other duties as assigned. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.Effective critical analysis and planning in reviewing data, understanding trends, and preparing plans through our CRM tools.Time management and project follow through skills.Ability to track and manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work independently on projects with little supervision.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and confidentiality.Knowledge of state funded, and commercial healthcare programs preferred.Fluency in Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, or one other language preferred.Note: If you think you do not qualify, please reconsider. The position is FLSA Exempt and is not eligible for overtime. Based on market data, this position is at grade 65 and is eligible to participate in the Community Health Plan of Washington Sales Incentive Plan. Sales incentive payments are subject to the plan document provisions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
