Key Responsibilities Investigate Accidents : Assist in conducting thorough investigations to determine coverage and liability for motor vehicle accidents, engaging with customers, claimants, and witnesses. Management of claim financials. Effective Communication : Collaborate with various stakeholders, including policyholders, agents, underwriters, and claims management, to provide timely updates and resolutions. Adherence to Best Practices : Follow established best practices and litigation management guidelines to uphold quality standards in claims handling. Continuous Improvement :

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement of process and way of working Fundamental Understanding of Claims-Related Medical Consequences Comprehension and Recognition of Medical Claims Processing : Gain knowledge of medical billing, coding, and procedures to accurately evaluate and process injury-related claims. Anatomical Knowledge : Develop a basic understanding of human anatomy to effectively interpret medical reports and assess injury claims. Injury Knowledge : Learn about common injury types, their treatments, and recovery timelines to accurately determine claim values and appropriate settlements. Medical Causation Analysis : Develop the ability to analyze and determine the causation and extent of injuries related to claims. Qualifications Education : A college degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required. Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively. Interest in the Insurance Industry : A genuine interest in learning about insurance claims and developing a career in this field.
