What You'll Do
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). The VP of FP&A will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the company, providing leadership and direction to the FP&A team, and partnering with senior management to drive business performance and growth. Other responsibilities include:Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning.Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making and long-term strategic planning.Provide insightful analysis and reporting on financial performance, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with ZAGG's goals and objectives.Manage the annual budgeting process, including setting targets, coordinating with department heads, and presenting to executive leadership.Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations for mitigation and improvement.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.Partner with other departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to provide financial insights and support for key business initiatives.Stay abreast of industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to inform financial planning and decision-making.What You'll Need to be Successful
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive business performance through financial insights.Proficient in financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and business intelligence platforms.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.High level of integrity, with a commitment to ethical behavior and decision-making.What You'll Love About ZAGG
