Controller
to support the CFO and drive continued financial success. In this role, you'll oversee essential accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and lead initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency. If you're an accounting professional with 7+ years of financial reporting and leadership experience, this could be the perfect fit!
CONTROLLER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:CMA, MBA, or CPA certification required7+ years of supervisory experience in accountingBackground in manufacturing and/or corporate accountingExpert understanding of GAAP and financial reportingProficiency in MS Office and ERP systemsCONTROLLER POSITION CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead financial reporting, including monthly accounting statements and performance analysisOversee cost accounting and production variance analysis for manufacturingManage external audits and ensure tax complianceSupervise the accounting teamDrive process automation and improvements in accounting systemsSupport management with strategic financial insightsLead the annual budgeting processOversee multi-location and division accounting transactionsABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
