They are required to maintain accurate and timely documentation of their services and provide it to the director or designee to ensure compliance with client contract and proper compensation for services rendered.Key Responsibilities :Provides dental care and treatment to referred patients in accordance with facility regulations and standards.Performs routine cleaning, restorative dentistry, and extractions as needed.Evaluates patients' dental care needs and makes clinically appropriate recommendations.Takes impressions for dental appliances and instructs patients in good dental hygiene techniques.Maintains accurate and confidential patient records and provides in-service training for health staff members.
Qualifications & Requirements :EducationGraduate from an accredited school of dental medicine.ExperienceOne year of experience in general dentistry preferred.Licenses/CertificationsMust have and maintain current licensure as a dentist within the state of employment.Must obtain and maintain CPR certification.
