When you step into a career with AT&T, you won't just imagine the future-you'll create it.Position Overview:The Senior Technology Business Analysis role will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management and execution of technology projects within the HR Technology & Analytics (HRTA) organization. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including overseeing SOX audits and control creation, analyzing and optimizing technology work requests, communicating project updates to leadership and clients, and fostering organizational engagement and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:SOX Audit Management & Control Creation:Lead the management of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) audits within the HRTA organization.Develop and implement SOX controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.Document and maintain audit findings and resolutions.Technology Work Request Analysis:Analyze the lifecycle of HRTA work requests (tickets) to determine completion times.Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the ticket resolution process.Develop and recommend actionable solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ticket completion.Monitor and report on ticket metrics and performance trends.Project Portfolio Updates:Facilitate regular updates to leadership and clients regarding the status of the HRTA project portfolio.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that highlight project progress, risks, and milestones.Ensure transparent and timely communication of project updates and potential anizational Engagement & Collaboration:Lead initiatives to engage HRTA team members and foster a collaborative work anize and facilitate team-building activities and events.Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the organization.Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and open communication.Our Senior Technology Business Analysis position earns between $105,600 - $158,400 annually.
