What You Get to Do:As the manager of Park Quality, you will oversee the daily functions of the department, as well as the overall cleanliness of the park to ensure the safety of our guests and employees. You will:

Oversee Park Quality operations, including managing staff.Provide excellent guest service to guests and employees.Develop and monitor departmental budgets for labor, and expenses.Create, organize, and schedule orders, deliveries and services, as well as maintain accurate inventory.Work closely with safety teams to ensure OSHA compliance and chemical safety programs.Participate in Park and department Duty Manager rotation.Maintain SEA and park standards with regards to safety, quality, service, and other department goals.Adhere to and update when necessary, Standard Operating Procedures training materials and forms.Conduct safety audits within the department.Implement line schedules based on attendance levels.Oversee training and development of Park Quality team members including leadership team.Work to achieve established goals for assigned operations metrics.Available to work in other areas of the park as needed to support park operations.Monitor theme park industry and maintain Sesame Place, SEA, and industry standards.Perform other duties as assigned.What it Takes to Succeed:

Work as part of a team to increase productivity and while providing excellent guest service.Able to manage and accomplish multiple projects with attention to detail.Goal oriented and highly motivated; able to work with a diverse team; possess the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Possess a broad understanding of business principles and applications.Consistently practices safe work habits including but not limited to use of personal protective equipment, lifting, driving, and reporting of unsafe situations.Demonstrate ability to be flexible, adaptable and supportive of process improvements.Possess customer service skills including the ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints from team members and/or guests.What Else is Important:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum of (3) years operational experience with supervisory experience; theme park experience preferred.Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights, if needed.Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors and cold/heat temperature extremesPerform cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicalsWork a flexible schedule/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements to include but not limited to passing required tests and certifications within established timeline.The perks of the position:
