In this role, you will lead a team of professionals to ensure all manufacturing processes are completed safely and efficiently.The ideal Sr. Manufacturing Manager will have the following responsibilities: Lead all production activities and ensure compliance with industry and company standardsUtilize LEAN manufacturing techniques / principles to drive continuous improvement within the facilityDirect facility managers and supervisors in daily production operationsMonitor product qualityMonitor performance of manufacturing teamOversee manufacturing budget and department spendingCollaborate with department leaders as necessaryManage and train employeesThe ideal Sr. Manufacturing Manager will have the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree strongly preferred6-10 years' experience within food manufacturing industryLeadership / Management experience requiredWorking knowledge of USDA / FDA RegulationsLEAN / Six Sigma Certifications a plusHACCP certifications a plusStrong written and verbal communication skills
