Focus on operational standardization, exceptional patient and provider experience, and employee engagement.Ensure that the CCA practices operate as well connected front doors to the broad services offered throughout Cooper Health. Collaborate to assure seamlessness in service delivery.Oversee clinical and business operations including budgetary responsibility and reporting, by working closely with physicians, administrators, and senior leadership.Participates in the development, planning, and ensures efficient operations for all of the ambulatory practices and programs. .Lead practice transformation initiatives, including process improvement to create standardization and protocolization across multiple medical office settings. Balance the needs of multiple stakeholders including office staff, scheduling, systems, vendors, regulatory agencies, senior management, clinical providers, and patients.The position is accountable for positive outcomes in all areas of leadership: clinical, financial, personnel, physical plant, staff education, quality improvement and customer services.Coordinates resources within the CCA to fulfill programmatic directions and goals, including patient and family experience, employee and physician satisfaction and engagement, access to services and marketing. Develops support systems for employee engagement and service excellence initiatives.Collaborate with CCA physician and executive leaders along with practice leaders to impact improved patient outcomes and achieve quality improvement in patient care processes.Manage a comprehensive range of integrated programs with the objectives of improving the quality/value of services available to physicians, and improving the overall efficiency, service and engagement to and with physicians.Ensures the efficient and compliant operational performance of each inpatient unit and related locations. This includes driving the implementation of a Culture of Service, including daily patient and staff rounding, resulting in improved patient experience, market share growth and enhanced employee engagement.Oversees practice operations to include staffing, engagement, quality and financeDirects and coordinates the administration, organization, control and supervision of the operationsResponds effectively and promptly to opportunities for CCA growth in both provider count and the number of sites serving the communityLeads practice transformation in collaboration with clinical leadership, including process improvement and change management campaigns to create standardized and documented processes in the medical office settingPlans, develops and implements new programs to maintain CCA as a leader in innovative community care (BH, etc. )Leads change management including design and implementation of operational efficiencies including operating models related to appointment scheduling, electronic medical records and coding systems, purchasing, communication, staffing, and trainingIdentifies potential or existing risks / liabilities relating to the respective programs; makes appropriate recommendations to ensure quality care while maximizing revenueDevelops, maintains and cultivates effective relationships with medical and administrative personnel to promote communication across teamsProvides staff support of executive leadership for operational metrics and workflowsEnsures practice operations are compliant with all regulatory requirements and inspectionsReviews, interprets and reports key data to proactively address and/or resolve issuesAccountable for resource management and project communicationRepresents Cooper Care Alliance both within Cooper Health and with the community, attends appropriate meetings, committees and work groupsServes as a role model and mentor in the effective development of colleagues within chargeEnsures optimum utilization of CCA facilities and the effectiveness of related programs and activities including diagnostic, treatment, and preventive programsPrepares the annual budget for the Center and monitors spending in conformance with established cost controlsDrives the culture of CCA to exhibit respect for diversity and inclusionInspires team and is accountable to ensure the team works in a collegial, respectful and professional environmentExperience Required:10-year's experienceEducation Requirements:Bachelor's degree PreferredMaster's Degree Preferred
