The award-winning in-house agency team for PepsiCo Foods, affectionately called D3, is hiring again! We are growing rapidly with a dynamic team that includes Creative, Account Service, Strategy, Ops, Production, Social, Digital, Cause, and Partnership experts providing full-service creative agency work for the PepsiCo Foods North American portfolio.
The D3 team is a full-service creative agency that supports the PepsiCo Foods North America business, working on iconic brands like Lays, Doritos, Tostitos, Smartfood, Capn Crunch and Quaker (to name just a few!).
Senior Copywriters at D3 are highly-conceptual, strategic, big picture thinkers who ideate and execute across a multitude of consumer touchpoints, from social posts, to equity campaigns, to big, buzzy stunts. They work closely with their strategy, account, and creative teams to develop brand platforms, creative campaigns, and individual executions and present their work to key stakeholders across the organization. And Senior Copywriters are also charged with helping the D3 social team create best-in-class content for the growing number of brands they support.
D3 is currently on the hunt for a Senior Copywriter excited to join a growing, high-performing team charged with creating and executing for the largest group of brands the agency supports (Capn Crunch, Quaker Masterbrand, Quaker Chewy, Life Cereal, Pearl Milling Company, Cheetos Macn Cheese, Rice-A-Roni, Bare, HiLo, and Heath Warrior). If youre ready for the challenge of making waves for some of the worlds most iconic brands and brand icons then giddy up.Responsibilities:Create culture-driving, business-building, big brand work in every medium, from broadcast to organic socialDig deep into briefs, trends, data, and research to gain a full understanding of needs of the business, the client, and the target audience and identify new opportunitiesCollaborate with creative, account, strategy, social, and brand teams to develop best-in-class, breakthrough ideas and produce them from end to endCraft original copy and edit content for a wide range of mediaAdapt tone and voice as needed to maintain the consistency of established brandsPresent brand platforms, campaigns, and individual executions to key stakeholders across the organizationStay on top of relevant trends within food, technology, social media, and our target audiencesBecome a brand expert for assigned brands within the organization, and showcase a deep knowledge of their history, strengths, targets, and opportunities.Compensation & Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between
$72,500 - $121,300
based on a full-time schedule.Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, English, Communications, or related discipline3 - 4 years of professional copywriting experience with solid portfolio of work featuring film, stunts and socialAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround timesAbility to work independently and with a team to meet deadlinesExcellent organizational skill and multitasking abilityProficiency in Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Pro and Creative CloudSocial media or content marketing experienceAbility to proofread own work familiarity with standard style guides
